About me
My story
Growing up in symbiosis with nature has shaped my vision of cooking.
I grew up on the enchanting island of Pantelleria, also known as the “Pearl of the Winds”: a corner of paradise in the heart of the Mediterranean, suspended between the Italian coasts and Africa.
In this unique place, I learned as a child to recognize the authentic value of the land's products. We all participated, even the youngest, in fishing and harvesting mushrooms, capers, tomatoes, olives, and grapes. Thus I discovered the importance of seasonality, the true taste of simple things, and the richness that only genuine ingredients can offer.
Living on an island like Pantelleria is a privilege, but not always easy: isolation, the rhythms dictated by nature, and a seasonal economy require commitment and collaboration from the entire family. In winter, when work slows down, everyone contributes. Ever since I was little, my passion was to cook for everyone: that's how my passion was born.
My story in the kitchen begins there, with my hands in the earth and my heart lit by creativity. A passion that grew over time until it became a true profession, built with dedication, study, and experience in hotels, restaurants, and private homes in Italy and abroad. Today, after more than twenty years, I continue to bring those authentic flavors to the table, with the same love with which it all began.
My cuisine
For me, cooking is an act of love and care towards people.
Cooking has always been my way of expressing love and creativity. As I grew older, I honed my culinary skills, and the desire to share them became my mission. After training in the hospitality industry in Trapani and working in various Sicilian restaurants, I enriched my experience with experiences abroad, ultimately arriving in Milan.
My passion for Mediterranean cuisine, made of sea, sun, and authentic aromas, drove me to become a Personal Chef.
Today I offer personalized culinary experiences, where each dish is designed to excite and tell a story of taste, tradition, and conviviality.
My goal? To give you a multisensory experience that combines well-being, authenticity, and unforgettable flavors.
